Ann Coulter explains that blacks aren't stopped for speeding more than whites because the police of being criminals, (because of their massively higher crime rate). Blacks are stopped for speeding more than whites because they speed more than whites. I talked about this in 2003: Heather Mac Donald Debunks Racial Profiling. See also here. In 2003, a review of Heather Mac Donald's book Are Cops Racist? in the Washington Times said

When researchers combined driver identifications with the speeding information, Ms. Mac Donald says, they found "black drivers speed twice as much as white drivers, and speed at reckless levels even more."
